Job summary

EY is seeking a senior advisor in Insurance Technology to drive transformation programs across the global financial services sector. You will work directly with clients to convert business needs into scalable technology solutions, aligning requirements with architecture and implementation plans.

You will mentor junior resources, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to high-impact projects, including data management, reporting, and enterprise technology expense reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Industrial Administration, Business or a related field and 5+ years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience defining business and technical requirements.
• 3+ years of relevant experience working at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to property and casualty insurance carriers on personal or commercial lines of businesses.
• 2+ years of experience managing and supervising a team of business analysts and technology analysts through all phases of the technology life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with architects to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Lead client engagements to transform business problems into technology solutions.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk and guide vendor selection and implementation planning.
