Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned IT/Insurance tech consultant to lead technology-enabled transformation programs for insurers. You will guide architecture, data, and integration across claims, underwriting, policy, and billing, collaborating with client teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You’ll engage across the project lifecycle, from requirements through testing, while leveraging best practices in software engineering and client advisory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering/Tech field with relevant experience in P&C insurance.
• Experience delivering system implementations across project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to define requirements and design architecture for technology solutions.
• Experience with insurance tech stacks and integration patterns.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk for client engagements.
• Analyze business requirements for alignment with architecture and infrastructure.
• Assist with vendor selection and develop detailed implementation plans.
• Collaborate with diverse client teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
