EY is seeking a Manager to join our Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice to help clients architect and modernize their business and technology ecosystems.

As a Manager, you will lead architecture strategy, solution design for large-scale insurance transformation programs, and guide multidisciplinary teams through complex decisions, leveraging AI capabilities to accelerate value and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience serving as Solution/Enterprise/Technical/Lead Architect on large transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain (product development, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, billing, claims, distribution).
• Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or similar PAS).
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures (APIs, middleware, event-driven solutions).
• Knowledge of cloud architecture principles (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience leading architecture governance and design reviews.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams (onshore/offshore).
• Strong executive communication and consulting skills.
• Experience developing architecture deliverables and technology roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance transformation programs.
• Advise client executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure, future-ready architectures for business, application, data, integration, and technology layers.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
