Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical/Lead Architect on large transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain including product development, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, billing, claims, and distribution.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures using APIs, middleware, event-driven solutions, and modern patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience leading architecture governance and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance transformation programs.
• Advise executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for business, data, integration, and technology.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end solution architecture across core platforms, cloud tech, integrations, data, analytics.
• Establish architecture patterns, standards, and integration frameworks for APIs and cloud-native solutions.
• Provide governance, design reviews, and risk management throughout engagements.
• Mentor architecture professionals and contribute to practice growth.
