You will ensure compliance with regulations and partner with clients to tailor insurance solutions across auto, home, life, and business lines.

The role requires active P&C and Life licenses, strong leadership, and experience in insurance sales.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
• Active Life Insurance license (required).
• Proven experience in insurance sales and customer service; management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with agency systems; State Farm systems a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications and office technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the agency sales staff to achieve individual and team targets.
• Ensure adherence to sales procedures and foster a collaborative, productive work environment.
• Address and resolve office-related challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop leads, schedule client appointments, and conduct needs-based interviews.
