King Risk Partners, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and middle-market roles within an insurance-focused business. You will build sourcing strategies, guide candidates through the hiring process, and shape our workforce with a strategic, relationship-driven approach.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organization, and initiative, plus experience with ATS and HR technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience (required).
• Prior Insurance Industry recruitment experience (required).
• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all phases of the recruitment process.
• Partner with managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage job postings and advertisements.
• Screen applicants and identify strong candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring teams.
• Support salary recommendations, offer packages, and onboarding details.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Perform other HR and talent-related duties as assigned.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce. From developing recruiting strategies to guiding candidates through the hiring process, you will own the full lifecycle of recruitment for our entry-level and middle market producer roles.

What You’ll Do:
