Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2-5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role within P&C Insurance.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for underwriting, financial, or claims systems.
• Experience with Duck Creek Policy or similar platforms for P&C insurance and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and design sessions to define system requirements and improve processes.
• Gather and analyze data to support business cases, proposed projects and system requirements.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims and Billing & Collections teams to support SSL digital services.
• Provide system requirements, diagrams, and models to guide development and testing.
• Coordinate testing, end-user acceptance, and post-implementation support; develop training materials.
