The role involves designing and documenting modifications, preparing detailed requirements, and providing oversight of design specifications. You will drive improvements, collaborate with IT to ensure alignment with business goals, and support complex projects within the product family.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years in application development, testing and/or business/system analysis.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Visio; SQL skills a plus.
