Qualifications

• Preferred: 1–2 years of P&C insurance exposure, collections background, or Guidewire/Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver baseline administrative support across departments to streamline renewals, submissions, and account modifications, including evaluating data for clearance eligibility and logging updates into a database.
• Streamline customer service and administrative operations by logging FNOL claims and resolving inquiries regarding policies and billing. Audit receivable accounts and manage high-volume documentation.
• Compile, analyze, and format performance metrics and journal entries to support reporting; oversee compliance workflows and maintain data accuracy.
