Headquartered in Fairfield, Ohio, The Cincinnati Insurance Companies are seeking a Claims Ops Regulatory Analyst to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to ensure accurate and efficient operations in the Claims Financial unit.

Starting salary is $19.50–$22.00 per hour, with eligibility for an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Some departments offer hybrid work options and opportunities to develop your skills.

Qualifications

  • Operational experience in financial/admin support within a corporate office.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them to claims processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Update BP information in CMS and Claim Center.
  • Run TIN math in the IRS system.
  • Resolve uncashed checks and manage Positive Pay approvals.
  • Log and scan Claims Recovery checks and process payment runs.
  • Maintain documentation on business processes and respond to inquiries.

Headquarters Claims Operations is currently seeking Claims Ops Regulatory Analyst to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations in the Claims Financial unit.

Starting salary: The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities.Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:
  • update BP information in CMS and Claim Center
  • run TIN math in the IRS system
  • resolving uncashed checks
  • approving Positive Pay
  • log and scan Claims Recovery checks
  • process Payment Runs
  • process file copy request
  • prepare Escheat/W9 letters for mailing
  • maintain documentation on business processes
  • provide customer support by answering Claims Financials inquiries
