Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in customer success or related roles.
• Experience onboarding, supporting and driving client satisfaction.
• Ability to present to executive audiences across business and technical groups.
• Strong project management and organizational skills under pressure.
• Proven success driving technology adoption and client engagement.
• Interest in AI systems and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Drives client value realization and expands strategic relationships within the Insurance Customer Engagement team by delivering tailored solutions.
• Use product knowledge to design solutions aligned to each client's business needs and objectives.
• Act as trusted advisor, helping clients achieve short- and long-term goals.
• Leverage data to identify opportunities and drive client outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities by understanding client operations and Moody's solutions.
• Represent Moody's at external events and client engagements; travel up to 25%.
