Job summary

Datos Insights is an advisory firm delivering critical insights to banks, insurers, payments providers, and investment firms. As Executive Principal, you will be the face of Datos in the insurance market, guiding senior executives on complex technology and operational challenges and translating conversations into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in consulting sales or business development with measurable success generating client engagements and revenue.
• Demonstrated ability to identify emerging market needs and connect services to client opportunities.
• Comfort and enthusiasm being the public face of Datos in the market; build and leverage relationships to generate business.
• Broad experience in the insurance industry with focus on Life/Annuity and Group Benefits technology strategy; P&C knowledge a plus.
• Ability to advise senior executives on complex business, sourcing, and technology problems.
• Experience developing business strategy and leading transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to senior executives and their teams on technology-related and operational issues.
• Lead workshop sessions on trends, best practices, and evolving operating models.
• Deliver strategic consulting projects to help clients define and implement technology and operational strategies.
• Facilitate conversations between insurance executives to share insights on ownership and priorities.
• Participate in client and industry events to extend Datos’ reach and develop relationships.
• Contribute to our library of published information with best practices and benchmarking.
