• 9+ years of experience driving strategy across multiple data initiatives.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into analytical strategies and actionable decisions.
• Expertise in experimentation, causal inference, segmentation, funnel optimization, and measurement.
• Experience applying machine learning techniques to customer and business problems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Set the analytics strategy for Insurance: define vision across the end-to-end journey.
• Influence business and product strategy using data, insights, and trends.
• Build durable customer and marketplace understanding across signals and experiments.
• Lead experimentation and causal measurement including complex experiments and inference methods.
• Advance personalization, targeting, ranking, and matching to connect members with opportunities.
• Shape the AI-native Insurance roadmap and measurement frameworks.
• Define measurement architecture for acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and value.
• Identify and size new growth opportunities using first-principles analysis.
• Build scalable scientific capabilities and reusable frameworks across Insurance and Personal Finance.
• Raise the scientific bar and develop talent while remaining hands-on.
