The position requires extensive senior stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale programs. Onsite work in NYC is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Proven track record in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Experience leading client engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and engagement economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and opportunity capture, including proposals and pricing.
• Act as account leader, expanding presence and ensuring contract compliance.
• Advise client executives on growth, operating model transformation, and technology-enabled change.
• Provide onsite leadership to client teams and Guidehouse staff across engagements.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, executive-level presentations, and strategic assessments.
• Mentor and coach consulting teams to deliver high-quality client service.
