Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. in New York seeks an experienced management consulting leader to drive growth, expand client engagements, and deliver high-impact transformations across life insurance and financial services sectors.

You will lead client-facing engagements, develop strategies, and provide executive-level guidance while coordinating cross-functional teams at client sites, including frequent on-site work in Manhattan.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
7–10 years in insurance/financial services/management consulting with client-facing experience.
Deep knowledge of life insurance, annuity, wealth management, or financial services.
Proven ability to grow consulting engagements and manage complex client relationships.
Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
On-site at Manhattan client offices at least 3 days per week; relocation may be required if not local.

Responsibilities

Lead and assist in business development including proposal development and pricing strategy.
Serve as account leader for expanding Guidehouse's presence in client accounts.
Act as trusted advisor shaping growth, CX, operating model transformation.
Provide onsite leadership and executive-level presentations.
Review contractual revenue, engagement profitability, forecasting, and budgeting.
Mentor and develop consulting teams and staffing plans.
