Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead client delivery within the Commercial Financial Services practice. The role involves driving projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful solutions and engagements.

You will lead, coach and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality outcomes. Expect travel up to 25%, onsite work with clients (NYC focus), and collaboration with senior leadership to produce organized reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in banking or commercial financial services consulting.
• 5+ years in one or more areas: operational risk, banking regulations/compliance, risk and controls assessments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects and client management, deliver solution implementations.
• Lead multiple project workstreams and interact with client leaders to ensure engagement success.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
