Qualifications

• Possess bilingual English/Spanish (strong plus).
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs and offering auto, Homeowners, or Health insurance options.
• Ensure accuracy by maintaining records in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose the right insurance products.
