Confie is hiring a Store Manager in Melbourne, FL to lead daily sales, grow existing customer relationships, and coach a high-performance team. You will drive production, deliver top-tier customer care, and uphold store operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent experience/education.
• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred (not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales teams daily performance and/or targets.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production and active customer goals.
• Coach sales team members to deliver a consistent standard of customer care.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
