As an Insurance Agent, you’ll sell nonstandard auto insurance and may expand into homeowners or health insurance. You’ll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and a competitive pay plan with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred; we’ll support you in obtaining one.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with customers, understand their needs, and expand business opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain records of transactions in the agency management system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Guide clients to choose the insurance products that fit their needs.
