Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Ability to build customer relationships.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses with company support.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships and offer auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the agency system.
• Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose suitable insurance products.
