Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required – company will support you in obtaining one
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish a strong plus
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining relationships to achieve/exceed goals

• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain records of transactions in the agency management system
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Guide clients to the best insurance products for their needs
