Beacon Hill is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join a fast-paced team supporting business operations and client service initiatives in Denver. The role offers a one-year contract with onsite workone day per week and standard business hours.

Responsibilities include processing and reconciling data, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance across systems, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in operations, compliance, administrative support, or a similarly detail-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team mindset.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within structured processes and regulated environments is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems, workflow tools, or process improvement initiatives is a plus.

Position Details
  • Onsite 1 day/week in Denver, CO
  • Standard business hours aligned with the Mountain Time Zone.
  • One-year contract assignment with potential for extension based on business needs.
