Job summary

You will develop automation opportunities using AI, analyze data for trends, and collaborate with product, technology, and operations to enhance offerings and leadership insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, technical consulting, business operations, solution consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or data-driven solutions with client engagement.
• Proven success leading process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer service.
• Strong analytical ability to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and give data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support insurance clients during implementation and post-sale to drive solution adoption and business value.
• Create scalable processes, documentation, and operational tools to improve efficiency across insurance products and customer engagements.
• Develop and enhance automation opportunities using AI and other technologies to improve consistency, accuracy, and speed of customer support activities.
• Conduct data analysis on customer, product, and operational metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with clients to review performance, provide consultative recommendations, and optimize the use of TransUnion insurance solutions.
• Gather Voice of the Customer feedback from clients and sales teams and communicate actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and business teams to support continuous product enhancements.
• Leverage business intelligence and CRM tools to analyze data, develop insights, and support strategic decision-making.
• Translate technical findings into business recommendations for internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Support ongoing initiatives focused on operational scale, process optimization, and customer success.
