Job summary

TransUnion seeks a senior advisor to lead analytics and AI-enabled consulting engagements within the Financial Services Consulting team. This hybrid role combines remote work with in-person office presence two days a week.

You will guide model development, evaluation, and deployment readiness, while shaping reusable analytics assets and governance practices. Collaboration with Sales, Product, and Technology is essential to deliver data-driven client value.

Qualifications

• Advanced programming and applied AI/ML skills with Python or R.
• Experience with cloud analytics environments and distributed data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytic and AI-enabled consulting engagements from opportunity shaping to deployment readiness.
• Provide hands-on guidance across ML, generative AI, LLMs, MLOps, governance and model evaluation.
• Own analytic responsibilities for assigned clients, coordinating with Sales, Product and Technology teams.
• Deliver concise, compelling presentations of insights, model considerations, risks, and recommendations.
• Mentor junior colleagues and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
