Job summary

TransUnion LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Consultant, Solutions Consulting to drive client adoption and value across Insurance Solutions. You will partner with clients, sales, product, and technology to scale analytics, automation, and consultative support.

Hybrid work with in-person office days is expected. You will analyze data, translate insights into business recommendations, and help improve product adoption for P&C and Life insurance clients, reporting to the Director of Solutions

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, technical consulting, business operations, solution consulting, or customer-facing support.
Experience supporting insurance, financial services, or data-driven environments with client engagement and problem solving.
Proven success in process improvement that increases efficiency and scalability.
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and documentation skills; able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Support insurance clients during implementation and post-sale phases to drive adoption and value.
Create scalable processes, documentation, and tools to improve efficiency across engagements.
Develop automation opportunities using AI to improve accuracy and speed of support activities.
Conduct data analysis on customer, product, and operational metrics to identify trends.
Partner with clients to review performance and optimize use of insurance solutions.
Translate insights to actionable recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to support product enhancements.
Leverage BI and CRM tools to develop insights and support strategic decisions.
