TransUnion is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to support insurance clients through implementation and post-sale activities, driving adoption and business value. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with product, technology, and operations teams.

You will translate complex technical insights into actionable business recommendations while leveraging BI, CRM, and automation tools to scale customer success across multiple insurance

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, technical consulting, business operations, solution consulting, or customer-facing support roles.
• Experience supporting insurance, financial services, or data-driven business solutions environments with client engagement and problem solving.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and provide actionable data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support insurance clients during implementation and post-sale phases to drive solution adoption and business value.
• Create scalable processes, documentation, and operational tools to improve efficiency across insurance products and customer engagements.
• Develop and enhance automation opportunities using AI and other technologies to improve consistency, accuracy, and speed of customer support activities.
• Conduct data analysis on customer, product, and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with clients to review performance, provide consultative recommendations, and optimize use of insurance solutions.
• Gather Voice of the Customer feedback from clients and sales teams and communicate actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and business teams to support continuous product enhancements.
• Leverage BI and CRM tools to analyze data, develop insights, and support strategic decision-making.
• Translate technical findings into business recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support ongoing initiatives focused on operational scale, process optimization, and customer success.
