Responsibilities

• Create scalable processes and tools to improve efficiency across insurance products and engagements.
• Develop automation opportunities using AI to improve consistency, accuracy, and speed of customer support activities.
• Conduct data analysis on customer, product, and operational metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with clients to review performance and optimize use of TransUnion insurance solutions.
• Gather Voice of the Customer feedback and communicate insights to stakeholders.
