Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced professional to drive client engagement in insurance and data-driven solutions. You will support implementation, optimize processes, and lead data-informed improvements.

Role requires collaboration across product, technology, operations, and business teams, with hybrid work and two days per week in-office at TU locations. Strong BI, CRM, and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, technical consulting, business operations, solution consulting, or customer-facing support roles.
• Experience supporting insurance, financial services, or data-driven business solutions environments with a focus on client engagement and problem solving.
• Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency, improve customer service, and create scalable business processes.
• Strong analytical experience with the ability to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, JIRA, or Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Support insurance clients during implementation and post-sale phases to drive solution adoption and business value.
• Create scalable processes, documentation, and operational tools across insurance products and customer engagements.
• Develop and enhance automation opportunities using AI and other technologies.
• Conduct data analysis on customer, product, and operational metrics.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Review performance with clients, provide consultative recommendations, and optimize use of TransUnion insurance solutions.
• Gather Voice of the Customer feedback from clients and sales teams.
• Communicate actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and business teams on continuous product enhancements.
• Leverage business intelligence and CRM tools to analyze data and support strategic decision-making.
• Translate technical findings into business recommendations for internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Support initiatives focused on operational scale, process optimization, and customer success.
• Report to the Director, Solution Consulting / Director of Solutions Consulting
