Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing or business development role.
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license required.
• Must have maintained an active license for at least one year.
• Experience with market expansion and using technology to enter new markets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales objectives by building a qualified pipeline and converting leads into revenue.
• Develop and execute growth plans using data-driven insights and AI tools.
• Partner with service teams and marketing to deliver proposals across multiple lines of business.
• Develop deep client relationships and provide consultative sales advice.
• Use CRM and engagement platforms to personalize outreach and identify upsell opportunities.
• Promote Acrisure within the community and network externally.
• Follow structured sales cadences through create–convert–close–retain cycle.
• Collaborate with leadership on forecasts, pipeline reviews, and deal planning.
• Research industry trends and track competitors to refine positioning.
• Share market insights to optimize offerings and client experience.
