Job summary

Aon is seeking a Customer Service Specialist II to support the Affinity Insurance Services group in the AICPA Insurance Programs Department. This in-office role offers potential hybrid flexibility after training.

Responsibilities include handling calls, responding to emails, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating across departments to support new programs and product offerings. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess Life, Accident & Health, Series 6 & 63, Variable Life or obtain within 4 months.
• P&C license preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales and service supporting multiple insurance products and/or financial services products.
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn multiple products to support revenue growth for program business.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls on a multi-product portfolio (Life, Health, Property & Casualty).
• Work with variable lines product, audits and compliance.
• Respond to customer communications via email and written correspondence.
• Maintain service, quality and timeliness standards.
• Collaborate with other departments on new programs, products and technology.
• Support knowledge management transfer within the department through training and projects.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and propose appropriate insurance products.
