Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in customer service/call center/sales supporting multiple insurance products.
• Experience with Professional Liability insurance for healthcare professionals.
• Ability to think critically and use sound judgment when serving clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding Professional Liability products.
• Respond to customer communications via email and written correspondence.
• Maintain service quality and timeliness standards.
