Job summary

Aon is seeking a Client Service Specialist II to support Affinity Commercial Solutions from a Fort Washington, PA office with 100% remote work. The role focuses on servicing accounts, gathering client information, and handling endorsements, renewals, and billing support.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Property & Casualty insurance or brokerage, with strong client focus and accuracy in submissions. Bachelor’s degree preferred, and the company promotes flexible, inclusive working practices

Qualifications

• Experience with servicing new and renewal business for insurance clients.
• Ability to gather information from prospects to identify insurance needs.
• Review submissions for accuracy before forwarding to Account Executive.
• Support renewal solicitations within targeted timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives on assigned accounts and service client needs.
• Handle routine and sophisticated coverage inquiries and endorsements.
• Assist with billing and Premium Financing Terms management.
• Monitor invoices, receivables and collections; resolve issues.
• Advise clients on making claims and maintain organized account files.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams; participate in projects.
