Aon is seeking a Customer Service Specialist I to empower results for clients through effective communication and service. This role is based in Fort Washington, PA, with hybrid scheduling available or fully remote options.

The ideal candidate must have an active Property & Casualty Producer license and 1-3 years in customer service or call center roles. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, updating records, and identifying product opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in customer service or sales.
• Possess an active Property & Casualty Producer license.
• Experience with Professional Liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate individual customers’ needs and propose additional products.
