Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring a Field Insurance Service Representative in Bellevue, NE. The role focuses on member support, policy servicing, and sales assistance, combining service with problem solving to protect members and promote ACG products.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing applications, renewals, and payments, quoting products, and supporting outreach activities. Requires a high school diploma and an active Property & Casualty license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Property & Casualty license; ability to obtain/maintain state licenses.
• Successful completion of Customer Service, Insurance, and Membership training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer insurance inquiries and explain product features and service advantages; support sales processing and resolve complaints with management support.
• Service insurance policies and process applications, renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions.
• Provide insurance product quotes, apply underwriting rules, promote insurance and membership products, and refer customers to agents when appropriate.
• Process insurance and membership payments; conduct retention calls and address delinquent memberships or cancellations.
• Support office events that generate insurance revenue and raise member awareness.
