TJ Tingley - State Farm Agent in Illinois is seeking team members to help grow the agency by building community relationships and promoting auto, home and life insurance products. This role offers hands-on experience in an agent’s office with potential to become a State Farm agent.

You will educate customers via needs-based reviews, assist in marketing efforts, and develop leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing the right products.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Ability to present to potential customers.
• Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license, Life and Health license, Series 6 and 63.

Responsabilités

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
