Job summary

State Farm Agency — a dynamic agent team — is seeking a motivated individual to build and develop customer relationships for auto, home and life insurance. You will learn the ins and outs of agency operations and have the chance to pursue becoming a State Farm agent yourself.

You will establish relationships, educate customers, develop leads, and support local community events, while enjoying the potential for growth and advancement within the agency.

Qualifications

• Sales experience (outside or inside) preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Interest in marketing products based on customer needs.
• Enthusiastic about insurance and financial products to help manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers.
• Educate customers on insurance options through needs-based reviews.
• Assist in meeting marketing goals with the agent.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify needs and market products.
• Support local community events in the market.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily.
