Job summary

Afni is seeking Non-Licensed Insurance Service Representatives in Tucson to act as the first point of contact for customers. You will handle policy inquiries, account maintenance, billing questions, and general insurance services in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Role emphasizes customer-focused communication, problem solving, and accurate documentation across systems. Opportunities exist to transfer to licensed agents as needed and to grow within the insurance field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are needed.
• Willingness to learn insurance concepts, processes and systems.
• Proficient with computers and navigation across multiple applications.
• Ability to work in a structured environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through inbound phone interactions.
• Assist customers with policy servicing, billing inquiries, and general questions.
• Explain insurance products and policy details within the scope of a non-licensed representative.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in company systems.
• Research and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
• Navigate multiple systems to access account information and complete transactions.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to transfer customers to licensed agents when required.
