Job summary

Afni seeks Non-Licensed Insurance Service Representatives to support customers with policy inquiries, account maintenance, billing questions, and general insurance services. In this position, you will handle inbound calls, document interactions, and assist customers while identifying opportunities to connect them with licensed agents when appropriate.

Qualifications
