Job summary

AAA Oregon/Idaho is seeking motivated insurance agents for our Twin Falls, Idaho office to sell insurance products from multiple carriers and deliver excellent member service.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong sales ability, outstanding communication and organizational skills, and a clean background. Licensing is required, with training available for non-licensed candidates.521

Qualifications

• Requires being a motivated self-starter.
• Strong sales ability and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Property & Casualty license required; training for non-licensed candidates available.
• If not licensed upon hire, must pass the licensing exam within 30 days of hire, and/or within two examination attempts, whichever occurs first.
• Eligibility for hire based on a clean background check and drug screen.
• High school education or equivalent, college degree or equivalent experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products from multiple top tier carriers.
• Provide excellent customer service to AAA members.
• Leverage lead sources and a defined business hours schedule to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships and explain coverage options to members.
