Job summary

The Auto Club is seeking an Insurance Service Specialist to deliver friendly service and clerical support in our branch offices in Los Angeles. You will assist members with questions, payments, policy changes, and general policy servicing, helping to ensure accurate records and smooth transactions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required; sales experience is preferred; and you may pursue a Property & Casualty

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in a sales environment strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
• A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining superior customer
