You will begin with six weeks of weekly draw pay, competitive commissions, performance bonuses, and incentives designed to reward dedication and progress toward licensing and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered)
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience (post-high school)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfort with computer-based sales tools and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Businessto business outreach including cold calling and meetings with clients to educate on supplemental insurance
• Build and maintain client relationships and grow a personal book of business
• Update reports and records to track monthly sales progress
• Tailor risk management strategies to client needs
• Stay updated on insurance policies and regulatory changes
• Conduct meetings to present best-suited insurance options
