Qualifications

• Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Superb communicator with ability to analyze complex ideas like insurance programs.
• Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other tools to report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals.
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to each customer’s needs.
• Stay abreast of changes to rules or policies to amend programs for clients.
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while maintaining a portfolio of current clients.
• Conduct meetings with new and potential clients to present the best policies for their needs.
