Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a dedicated professional to provide customer service and manage assigned accounts and policies. You will support producer-led efforts, prepare proposals, and help drive new business through carrier submissions and renewals.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and insurance knowledge, with a focus on client relations and cross-sell opportunities within a top-tier brokerage environment located in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four (4) or more years related work experience.
• Valid insurance license.
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing submissions and work with carriers to obtain quotes.
• May negotiate prices, commissions, and/or coverages with carriers.
• Review policies for accuracy and address coverage gaps.
• Manage renewal process for expiring policies.
• Prepare presentations/proposals for clients.
• Possibly participate in client meetings to review coverage.
• Research information requests from Underwriters.
• Draft correspondence to insureds and Underwriters.
• Assist in setting renewal and new business marketing strategy.
• Bind insurance coverage and prepare binders.
• Prepare certificate templates and review contracts for compliance.
• Develop new business leads and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
