Job summary

• Preferred: experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Applied Epic).
• Preferred: degree in business, CS, information systems, or related field.
• Preferred: insurance industry experience or relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Database Upkeep: enter and update client demographics, policies and changes in the database.
• Scan and attach documents from client files; attach carrier communications.
• Update carrier information and product details; contact carriers for status.
• Update agent licensing and CE information; coordinate with colleagues to obtain missing data.
• Organize and maintain shared drive and document processes for staff.
• Database Management: pull reports and mailing lists; move data between databases as needed.
• Assist development of automated workflows and productivity improvements.
• Suggest minor programming changes to enhance efficiency; document changes and share with staff.
