Freeway Insurance is hiring a Store Manager for our Miami, FL location. You will lead the sales team, expand business with existing customers, and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer care. This on-site role focuses on achieving targets and upholding store operational standards.

The position offers $18-$21 per hour with uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within the Freeway/Confie family of companies.

Qualifications

• Store Manager license preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience/education.
• Previous experience leading sales teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Coach team to deliver high-quality customer care.
• Oversee operations and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues.
• Execute Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
