Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell and service insurance policies to customers.
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers and internal teams.
• Answer questions regarding customer’s policy and process transactions.
• Identify potential needs and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Assist with marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and office.
• Handle FNOLs and vehicle inspections as applicable.
• Take vehicle pictures as needed.
• Conduct bank deposits and related tasks.
• This is a full-time position.
