Responsibilities

• Sales: provide professional service to internal and external customers.
• Answer questions regarding customer’s policy.
• Accept payments and process transactions.
• Identify potential customer needs regarding policies.
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
• FNOLs (vehicle inspections).
• Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required).
• Bank run deposits.
• Position is full time.
• Other duties as assigned.
