Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Three or more years of experience in an insurance agency setting.
• Strong command of agency management systems and digital document filing.
• Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to articulate complex policy details in clear, simple language and work as a broker with multiple choices.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through their insurance options to find coverage that actually aligns with their lives.
• Proactively review existing policies to ensure clients are protected as their circumstances change.
• Manage incoming inquiries regarding billing, policy changes, and claims with warmth and clarity.
