Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Maryland Property and Casualty Producer license (active).
• One year of experience in an insurance agency or customer service role.
• Proficiency with standard office software and agency management systems.
• Clear, approachable communication style that helps people feel at ease.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to explain policy options and help them find coverage.
• Review existing policies with clients to ensure they feel confident and protected.
• Assist policyholders with changes, billing questions, or claims guidance with empathy and clarity.
• Manage daily workflow, including following up on quotes and keeping client records up to date.
• Support the Frederick office by delivering consistent, high-quality service to visitors and callers.
• Stay updated on product changes to share accurate information with the community.
