Job summary

Alisha Rincon - State Farm Agent in Roswell, NM invites you to join as Insurance Sales and Service Representative. You will sell life, health, auto and property insurance to new and existing customers, while delivering exceptional service and tailored coverage options.

You’ll identify customer needs, assist with applications, renewals and claims, and help ensure policy accuracy and compliance while building lasting client relationships and contributing to the agency's growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Active state insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused with a passion for helping others.
• Prior sales experience in insurance, customer service or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes and policy options to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
• Assist customers with the application process and provide ongoing support.
• Assist customers with policy updates, renewals, and claims processing to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain required licensing.
